By accessing and using the Quorvo website (“Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Site immediately.
Quorvo is a software development studio based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We provide software development, product design, consulting, and related professional services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for specific projects are defined in separate client agreements and are not governed by these website Terms.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, and source code, is the property of Quorvo and is protected by Canadian copyright law, the Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42), and applicable international intellectual property treaties. Intellectual property rights for client projects are governed by the terms of individual engagement agreements.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Quorvo does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quorvo and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quorvo, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario, located in Toronto.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
